CU-35-365
High Radiant 365–370 nm UV-A LED – for fluorescence inspection and UV curing
This 365–370 nm UV-A LED is a high-output ultraviolet emitter designed for applications where UV must deliver measurable performance. With a strong radiant output of 1700–1900 mW, it is well suited to fluorescence excitation, industrial inspection, and UV curing systems that require intensity, repeatability and compact integration.
Fluorescence that reveals what visible light can’t
In inspection and verification workflows, UV-A around 365–370 nm is widely used to excite fluorescent agents and optical brighteners. Under the right conditions, materials such as security inks, markers, certain adhesives, coatings, oils and residues can become far easier to detect. That makes this wavelength ideal for authenticity checks, QC stations, leak tracing and contamination inspection where visible light can miss subtle indicators.
Fast, controllable UV curing
For production and prototyping, this LED is also a practical light source for curing compatible UV-reactive resins, inks and adhesives. The high radiant output supports shorter exposure times or greater working distances, depending on your optical design. Combine the emitter with suitable optics to create a tight spot for targeted curing, or use multiple emitters to build uniform flood arrays for broader coverage.
Integration-friendly electrical performance
The LED’s forward voltage of 3.5–3.7 V supports straightforward constant-current driving using common LED driver topologies. For best results, design in a solid thermal path (MCPCB, heatsink, or metal housing) to maintain output stability and long-term reliability.
Safety note: UV-A light can be hazardous to eyes and skin. Always use appropriate shielding, interlocks and UV-rated protective eyewear. This is a component intended for integration into equipment. It is not supplied as a medical device and is not marketed to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
