The Lumia 5.2 LED Engine
The Lumia 5.2 LED Engine, is perfect if you want a simple yet powerful way to setup your LED lighting for growing organic life ie plants, coral.
Lumia, meaning art created with light, brings a full spectrum light to your plants, corals/fish that really brings the colours and beauty out in them with an emphasis on keeping power consumption low.
We have taken our experience in designing fixtures for commercial and DIY customers and developed a module that delivers a full spectrum punch with a small footprint on a high end Direct thermal path copper or aluminium PCB designed to out perform other LEDs in its class. The board utilises our TPAD direct thermal PCB technology. This technology transfers the heat produced by the LED directly to the heatsink with little or no thermal resistance
Expect to use only 1-2 of these high performance LEDs per 24x24x24 area in most Coral Tank scenarios.
Each channel is individually addressable (they can be individually dimmed) so you can adjust the perfect color for your application.
example of a typical Engine Layout
- Channel 1 – XPG-3 Warm White 2700K (16V @ 1500mA)
- Channel 2 – XPG-3 Warm White 3200K (16V @ 1500mA)
- Channel 3 – 3x 660nm Deep Red 2x XPG-3 Royal Blue (13V @ 700mA)
- Channel 4 – XPG-3 White 5000K (16V @ 1500mA)
- Channel 5 – XPG-3 Cool White 6000K (16V @ 1500mA)

3,4 and 5 channel DC/DC Led drivers carrier
Perfect Interface between DC Source and PWM Controller
The Lumia can be controlled directly by a DC Source either AC/DC or DC Led Drivers. This carrier not only sockets pinned DC drivers but has the necessary Terminals to interface to controllers like the Storm-XBuy Now
