Each module can consist of variants of 3 XPE-2 or XPG-3 or other 3535 size leds from leading manufacturers. All LED’s utilise the highest lumens Cree XPE-2 models. This LED Board can be run at 1A, 1.5 amp for XPG-2 and 2 Amp for XPG-3. Board is drilled to couple with Carclo 105xx series and Ledil Satu TIR Optics. All engines are manufactured on site in our state of the art SMD manufacturing facility. We supply our engines with our own custom designed Copper Direct Thermal 20mm PCB

Description
Our Tri Colour Light Engines for Light Sabers are high-quality component kits that include three Cree XP footprint LEDs from Cree and other suppliers, depending on the desired color choices. Each LED engine also comes with a thermal pad to facilitate thermal transfer into the saber, ensuring a long and trouble-free life by dissipating the LED’s temperature through your saber.
We exclusively utilize the highest lumen Cree XPG-3, XPG-3, XPE-2, or other LED models and only stock and supply the highest bins available from LED manufacturers. Additionally, all engines are manufactured in-house in our state-of-the-art SMD manufacturing facility.
Our engines are supplied with our own custom-designed Copper Direct Thermal 20mm PCB. This design feature allows for a direct thermal path, where the dielectric under the LED thermal pad is removed, meaning there is no impediment to the path of heat generated by the LED. This feature enables unlimited design options as long as your heatsink can accommodate it.
We are continuously improving our design and production process, and our latest board revision includes additional features that further enhance our Tri Colour Light Engines for Light Sabers.

Phosphor converted led’s ie White will nominally operate at 3v, non Phosphor led’s will typically operate at lower voltages. i.e. white phosphor based led’s will be 9 Volts in Series. Refer to Led data-sheets to clarify voltages of specific led’s you wish to use
