Cree XLamp® XM-MR 6500 K Cool White LED – E1 K2 Bin
This product is a <strongsingle-bin, single-CCT version of the XLamp® XM-MR family, built around Cree LED’s
highest-flux cool white binning for 6500 K. Using the E1 chromaticity kit and the K2 flux group, part number XMMRWA-H0-0000-000BK20E1 delivers a minimum of 1200 lm at 3000 mA, 85 °C junction, with up to 1276 lm at 25 °C
in a compact 5.0 mm package with a round light-emitting surface (LES).
The round LES improves optical coupling and beam smoothness compared with traditional square-LES emitters, making this
XM-MR variant ideal for portable lights, spotlights and other high-candela applications. It maintains full
footprint compatibility with other XLamp® XM LEDs, allowing easy upgrades to existing XM-based designs without PCB
changes.

**Maximum drive current is intended for short pulses (up to 60 s) with suitable thermal design to ensure junction
temperature remains within specification. For continuous operation, select a lower drive current per Cree LED reliability
guidelines.
Mechanical & Thermal Design Notes

- Use a direct-thermal-path MCPCB and high-performance TIM to take advantage of the 0.6 °C/W RθJS.
