XLamp CTW0607 – Tunable-White COB LED (6-7 mm LES)

XLamp CTW0607 is a compact, two-channel tunable-white COB designed for premium downlights and spotlights where beam quality and colour stability matter. A checkerboard layout interleaves warm and cool channels across the 6-7 mm light-emitting surface for smooth colour mixing with common COB optics, so beams stay uniform without artefacts. Supplied at 90 CRI minimum with tunable ranges of 6500 K to 2700 K or 5000 K to 2200 K, the device is binned at 85 C for installed performance. You get consistent colour across fittings, even after warm-up, which is ideal for hospitality, retail, gallery and residential projects.

Electrically, CTW0607 integrates neatly into constant-current systems. Typical forward voltage is about 37.4 V at a 180 mA test current (85 C), and the part supports up to 350 mA total drive (sum of both channels). A wide 114 deg viewing angle supports tight reflectors for strong centre-beam intensity, while the small LES helps keep luminaires compact.
