Cree XLamp XEG LEDs Features
- The industry’s first complete family of small color LEDs with consistent 3A max current rating across all colors
- Nearly three times the light output compared to Cree LED’s similarly sized XLamp XQ-E LEDs and over nine times the lumen density of XLamp XP-E2 LEDs
- Unmatched light output and efficiency at elevated operating conditions
- 17 colors with a complete portfolio of white options
- Largest number of colors available in the same package in the LED industry
- New levels of spectral control for general and specialty lighting applications
Light Engine: CULE-20QS-XEG-PYLBA is a PC Yellow, PC Lime, PC Blue, PC Amber version of the XEG on a 20mm Star.
These are the maximum Lumens possible per led and can be added together. it is more likely if colour blendig or mixing that these numbers will alter as a ratio of the blend and drive current required to achieve a colour mix

Data Sheets
Note Cree LED maintains a tolerance of ±7% on flux and power measurements, ±0.005 on chromaticity (CCx, CCy) measurements and a tolerance of ±2 on CRI measurements. See the Measurements section (page 97).
• XLamp XE-G LED order codes specify only a minimum flux bin and not a maximum. Cree LED may ship reels in flux bins higher than the minimum specified by the order code without advance notice. Shipments will always adhere to the chromaticity or DWL bin restrictions specified by the order code.

Spectral Observations of this Colour Mix
In general lighting applications, a mix of a single LED of PC Lime, PC Blue, PC Amber, and PC Yellow can produce a warm white light with a colour temperature between 2700K to 3500K.
PC Lime LED emits a light in the green-yellow range, which adds warmth and richness to the light output. PC Blue LED emits blue light that adds a cool tone to the light output. PC Amber LED emits a warm yellow-orange light, which helps to balance the cool tones of the blue light. Finally, PC Yellow LED emits a light in the yellow range, which helps to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The resulting light produced by combining these four colors can provide a high colour rendering index (CRI) and good colour saturation, making it suitable for various general lighting applications such as residential, hospitality, and retail lighting.
It is worth noting that the specific light spectrum produced by this LED combination will depend on the proportions of each colour used, and it can be adjusted to meet specific lighting requirements. Overall, the mix of PC Lime, PC Blue, PC Amber, and PC Yellow LED can create a warm white light that is pleasing to the eye and suitable for many general lighting applications.
